15% non-refundable deposit with each rental.
Pets are allowed at managers discretion which may also incur an additional cleaning fee.
Fuel included in rental price. Limit one tank per rental.
Rentals canceled due to inclement weather may only be rescheduled, not refunded. No refunds will be granted for early returns.
Late Return fee minimum $100.
In case weather conditions are not favorable, the rental must be returned to the marina immediately. Any damage to the rental unit will be the sole responsibility of the renter.
Customers are responsible for any damage to boats, and/or loss of equipment
Prices and Models subject to change at any time.
On all 2 hour rentals for parties of 8 people or more, a $500 damage deposit will be charged at the time of rental. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period provided there are no issues with the boat or rental equiptment.
Please note boat capacities. Intentional overloading of boats could result in cancellation of rental agreement.
CANCELLATION: If you cancel within 72hrs of rental you will be charged the full amount of boat rental. Cancellations outside of 72hrs will forefit 15% non-refundable deposit.
RESCHEDULING: You are allowed one re-schedule per booking. If you move your reservation to a future date, it cannot be rescheduled a second time.
PLEASE NOTE: A cancellation after your reschedule will result in a forefit of your full reservation amount.

Weather Happens.... There are times when Mother Nature has her own ideas on how the day will go and unfortunately, once in a while, these conflict with your plans. When this happens, our friendly staff at Green lake Marina will do our best to help out in any way we can. Our staff is always here to help dock your boat, carry your items and just generally assist in any way we can to make you as comfortable as possible. BUT... Please be patient with us because we cannot predict when the weather may change or for how long. We want every-single one of our rentals to go as smoothly as possible but we are not responsible for the weather.
